Must Haves Confident Closer - Must have strong phone, text, and in‑person sales skills. Can confidently overcome objections and close memberships daily. Knows how to ask for the sale. Sales Goal Crusher- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets. Understands KPIs, daily conversion rates, lead follow‑up systems, and revenue tracking. Natural Leader- Leads by example. Holds team accountable. Coaches, corrects, and develops staff without micromanaging. Builds respect through action. Ownership Mentality- Solves problems independently. Doesn’t wait to be told what to do. Takes initiative every single day. Passion for Fitness & Wellness- Lives the brand. Believes in the product.
