Position Overview
Diamond Behavioral Health Center is actively seeking compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapists to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will play a crucial role in improving the mental health and well-being of our clients through innovative telehealth solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to inform effective treatment planning, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
- Implementing therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address individual client needs.
- Maintaining meticulous and confidential clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
- Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure quality and consistency of care.
- Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and community resources that empower them on their recovery journey.
- Staying informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health to enhance service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our therapists engage with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relational issues. The ability to tailor interventions based on individual circumstances will be crucial in facilitating positive client outcomes.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.
- An active state license to practice as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Demonstrated expertise in solution-oriented therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective client relationships.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills; able to assess conditions and develop treatment plans accordingly.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
