Caregiver Responsibilities Assist with personal care. Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation. Transport clients to appointments and daily errands. Caregiver Qualifications High school diploma or GED, or one year of in‑home care services experience. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Reliable transportation. Reliable, energetic, self‑motivated and well‑organized. Addus HomeCare has strived to keep clients in their homes since 1979. We provide home care services to over 40,000 patients. Benefits Medical and dental insurance through SEIU 775 (if applicable). Eligibility for SEIU Secure Retirement Plan (SRP). 1 hour of PTO per 23 hours worked, up to 125 hours. 1.5x base pay for holidays: New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
