Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain molding, stamping, assembly, packaging, and auxiliary equipment

Perform preventative and autonomous maintenance on machinery

Implement equipment improvements and continuous improvement initiatives

Document maintenance work in Mapcon

Assist in design reviews for new and existing equipment

Maintain spare parts inventory and keep a clean, organized work area

35 years of manufacturing maintenance experience

Ability to troubleshoot electrical (under 120V), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC programs, and mechanical blueprints

Experience with injection molding machines and machine controls preferred

Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, Mapcon, and PLC systems

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to operate shop equipment and hand tools safely
