Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments in line with policies and individualized care plans
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and record-keeping
• Adhere to established policies and procedures relevant to the scope of practice
• Maintain continuity of patient care within a hospice environment

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
