Nursing - Emergency Room

12-hour Night shift

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly

Requirements
- Must hold a state license or a temporary license at the time of submission
- 2+ years of experience required
- BLS-AHA certification required
- ACLS-AHA certification required
- PALS or ENPC certification required
- TNCC certification preferred
- MAB certification preferred
- Proficient in Meditech EMR
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be accepted

Compliance / Notes
- BILH coversheet required at time of submission
- All requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application
- Must not have worked in a permanent position within the last six months at the facility

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency room setting
- Assess and monitor patients for changes in condition and response to treatment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management, emergency interventions, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
