Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare-certified facility (client-specific requirement).
Experience using HCHB EMR required (client-specific requirement).
Ability to meet productivity expectation of approximately 30 points per week (client-specific requirement).

Preferred Qualifications

Previous travel or agency home health experience preferred.
Familiarity with Medicare documentation and billing preferred.

Assignment Details

M-F schedule with 8-hour shifts.
Typical schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
On-call or weekend requirements apply.
Territory includes areas such as Laguna Beach, Monarch Bay, Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, and Laguna Niguel; candidate must be prepared to travel within the specified territory.
