Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Circulator)

Location

Mount Vernon, OH

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | On-call required once per week and every fourth weekend; holiday coverage possible

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating nurse duties within a surgical/operating room environment
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient patient care throughout perioperative phases
• Maintain compliance with surgical protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices
• Participate in on-call rotation, including weeknight and weekend call assignments
• Float within the facility or to affiliate hospital locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OR Circulator
• Ability to fulfill on-call obligations as scheduled
• Willingness to float to affiliate locations when required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or acute care surgical setting
• Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties and procedures
