As part of the ACH team, the ACH Specialist is required to work with the group to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously ensuring all department service standards and procedures are achieved. In addition, the role has operational duties including, timely processing of ACH files, transmitting ACH origination files, entering ACH returns through TranZact and answering credit union inquiries regarding ACH rules and software functionality./ppThe Essential Requirements:/pulli2-3 years customer service experience/liliBasic computer and office skills/liliJob-related course work after high school, equivalent to one year of additional education/li/ulpAdditional skills and experience are a plus:/pulliACH and or ATM/debit card experience/liliBanking experience/liliAccredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation/li/ulpCatalyst Corporates compensation structure offers market-competitive base pay.
