What You???ll Do Determine initial and ongoing eligibility for the Care4Kids program Manage a caseload and review applications and re-determinations Calculate benefit awards and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines Provide excellent customer service while responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate case documentation A Day in the Life Every day is different???but always meaningful.
