Details for Quality Technician Position:
- $17 .25 / Hour
- Train on 1st shift (7:00 AM-3:00 PM), then transition to 2nd shift (3:00 PM-11:00 PM)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

- Inspect glass products for defects, accuracy, and overall quality using measuring tools
- Monitor production processes and identify or report quality issues
- Verify products meet customer specifications and company standards
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Communicate quality concerns with supervisors and production teams
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Glass manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to read and use calipers accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable with consistent attendance
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to new processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
