Diesel Technician / Mechanic Department: Service Employment Type: Full Time Location: All Roads Trucks - DC Description All Roads Ford Trucks in Upper Marlboro is hiring a Diesel Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. If you like solving problems with your hands and take pride in accurate, efficient work, you’ll make an immediate impact on our team. Ford experience is preferred. Compensation & Schedule $22–$45/hour (based on experience) Production bonuses available Full-time, first shift — Monday–Friday Benefits Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates Medical, dental, vision, disability, life & supplemental insurance (eligible the 1st of the month after 30 days ) 401(k) with company contribution Comprehensive paid training to earn certifications Paid time off & company-paid holidays Tuition reimbursement program Employee referral bonus program Advancement opportunities — we promote from within Responsibilities Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions Create accurate repair estimates ( CDK experience a plus ) Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles High school diploma or GED Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Work Authorization All Roads Trucks does not provide H-1B sponsorship.
