In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Support the design, configuration, and implementation of digital twin simulation systems that meet customer and project requirements.Develop, test, and validate control logic models that accurately replicate real‑world power plant operations in simulated environments.Collaborate closely with process simulation engineers, project managers, and cross‑functional partners to solve problems and share learnings.Participate in customer-facing activities such as simulation validation, performance testing, and acceptance testing.Contribute to global and cross‑disciplinary projects by supporting senior engineers and gaining exposure to multiple engineering domains.Proactively learn simulation tools, automation platforms, and industry standards to support career growth and expanded technical capability.Support the development and improvement of internal tools and processes that enhance the efficiency of digital twin projects.Demonstrate Emerson’s core values through teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to quality and safety in all work.Who You Are:You enjoy building something from scratch, anticipating customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. You consult with multiple and diverse sources when solving problems.For This Role You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 2 years of hands‑on engineering experience, related to process automation, simulation, or controls Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to learn new tools and concepts efficientlyClear and effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environmentAbility to travel up to 20%. Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.
