CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking motivated and dependable individuals for an Entry-Level Machine Operator position in Saco, ME. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to begin or grow their manufacturing career.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Follow work instructions and production schedules.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Load materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Desired Background/Skills:
- Prior manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Information:
Location: Saco, ME.
First Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:50 AM to 3:15 PM.
Starting pay of $19.00 per hour.
Plenty of overtime opportunities available.
Full-time position.
