At Kuehne+Nagel, your contribution goes far beyond the warehouse—it helps shape the flow of global trade.In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, with multiple shifts. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customer.How You Create ImpactSupervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategiesConduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team membersImplement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitorsVerify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reportsEnsure shipments are accurate and free of damage, all product is counted, and maintain our product locator systemHelp maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventoryImplement continuous improvement action plansBe flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as neededWhat We Would Like You To BringHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment2 or more years in a supervisory roleForklift certification and at least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucksExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)What's In It For YouKuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues.
