As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and document entries, deliveries, and unusual activity in accordance with site procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol observations, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
