Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in store operations. This role is responsible for running shifts, delivering exceptional customer service, supporting store goals, and leading Team Members on shift. The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in daily operations and serves as a role model by upholding all company policies and brand standards. The Assistant Manager is expected to complete required Domino's and RPM training programs, including Pizza College courses. Duties and responsibilities include upholding and representing RPM and Domino's brand standards, leading shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals, training, coaching, and developing Team Members to achieve performance expectations, supporting scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality, maintaining store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards, resolving customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership, operating all store equipment, demonstrating effective time management and multi-tasking skills, maintaining a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members, supporting inventory, ordering, and organizational processes, implementing marketing and operational initiatives, partnering with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals, and working a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications include being 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive, successful completion of required RPM training, strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude, ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, food safety certification as required by local regulations, ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces, ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance, frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing, ability to work at stations 36"48" high and reach shelves up to 72", operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools, and for delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
