As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. Position Overview The Residential Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple custom home projects from pre-construction through completion. This individual serves as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, designers, and field personnel to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with CKC's standards of excellence. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively solve problems before they impact the project. Key Responsibilities Project Management Manage multiple luxury residential construction projects simultaneously Develop and maintain project schedules Monitor construction progress and identify potential delays Coordinate trade partners, vendors, and suppliers Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards Review project budgets, allowances, and change orders Client Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the building process Provide regular project updates and maintain proactive communication Conduct client walkthroughs and project meetings Address client concerns professionally and promptly Deliver a world‑class custom home experience Construction Coordination Review plans and construction documents for accuracy and constructability Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and consultants Assist in resolving field issues and construction challenges Ensure materials, selections, and approvals are received on schedule Maintain detailed project documentation Quality Control Perform regular jobsite visits Monitor workmanship and construction quality Verify work is completed according to plans and specifications Ensure jobsites remain organized, safe, and professional Team Collaboration Work closely with the Design Team, Construction Team, and Leadership Team Support contract signings, pre-construction meetings, and homeowner selections Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies Qualifications Required Minimum 5 years of residential construction project management experience Experience managing custom home or luxury residential projects Strong understanding of residential construction methods and processes Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience with Buildertrend Experience working with luxury residential clients Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and construction documentation Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Characteristics of a Successful Candidate Proactive rather than reactive Strong sense of ownership and accountability Excellent communicator Highly organized Detail‑oriented Professional under pressure Problem solver Team player Client‑focused What Success Looks Like Projects stay on schedule and within budget Clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the building process Issues are identified and resolved before becoming major problems Communication is consistent and proactive Jobsites reflect CKC's standards of professionalism and quality Team members can rely on accurate information and follow‑through Location San Antonio, Texas & Texas Hill Country Employment Type Full-Time To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction outlining your residential construction experience and why you would be a great fit for CKC Custom Homes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
