Health Data Integration Analyst

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join an impactful statewide Health Information Exchange (HIE) program! Job Overview

• Position: Healthcare Systems Analyst (HMS)

• Work Arrangement: Remote (Preference for candidates residing in North Carolina)

• Location: Raleigh, NC

• Interview Process: Webcam Interview Only

• Support Medicaid health data exchange initiatives, focusing on digital quality measures (dQMs) , health-related social needs (HRSN) , and care management sharing.

• Translate clinical and partner needs into clear technical and workflow requirements.

• Support data integration and interoperability using CCD/CCD-A and ADT data feeds.

• Collaborate with technical teams, clinical providers, and partners to guide testing, onboarding, and troubleshooting.

• Healthcare IT & EHR Operations (5+ Years): Hands-on experience with EHR workflows, healthcare systems support, and analytics.

• SQL & Reporting (3+ Years): Advanced SQL querying, relational databases, data analysis, and BI dashboards.

• Business Analysis (3+ Years): Requirements gathering, workflow mapping, troubleshooting, and solution design.

• Healthcare Data Standards (3+ Years): Solid knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, HIPAA compliance, and data exchange standards (CCD/ADT).

• Stakeholder Communication (3+ Years): Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical healthcare partners.
