AI Delivery Lead

Job Title: AI Delivery Lead Location: West Sacramento, California, (Onsite) Skill Set: Delivery Leadership, AIX, Jira / Confluence, MS Project, Clarity PPM, Excel Experience: Above 10 Years Job Description Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, Generative AI, and data analytics projects. Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and success metrics. Develop and maintain project management artifacts including: Project Charters Project Schedules Communication Plans Risk & Issue Logs Agile Backlogs and Task Boards Transition and Training Plans Project Closeout Reports Collaborate with leadership, architects, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate AI strategies into executable plans. Drive AI adoption and organizational change management initiatives. Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, ethical AI, and compliance standards. Lead integration of AI tools and platforms into enterprise systems and workflows. Participate in technical design reviews including architecture diagrams, APIs, integrations, and deployment strategies. Review business requirements, data models, training datasets, and feature engineering approaches. Manage vendors and ensure alignment with organizational goals and delivery expectations. Prepare leadership presentations, status reports, and executive communications. Ensure quality assurance of AI models, documentation, and deployment deliverables. Contribute to continuous improvement of AI delivery frameworks, methodologies, and templates.
