Industrial AssemblerWe are hiring Industrial Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Shippensburg, PA. This position is responsible for assembling mechanical components and subassemblies for specialty vehicles and equipment while ensuring quality and production standards are met. Candidates should be comfortable working with hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and performing assembly work in a fast-paced production environment.Job ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical components, subassemblies, hoses, wiring, and hydraulic systems using hand and power toolsInstall accessories and additional equipment according to specificationsRead blueprints, schematics, and measurements to accurately position and install componentsDrill, cut, grind, and modify parts as needed using various shop tools and equipmentFollow written and verbal work instructions to complete assembliesInspect completed work to ensure quality standards are metMove and stack assembled components weighing up to 35 poundsCross-train in multiple production areas to support manufacturing needsQualificationsPrevious assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferredExperience using hand tools and power toolsAbility to read blueprints, drawings, or mechanical schematicsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environmentWhy Apply?Competitive starting payOvertime opportunities availableWeekly payLong-term opportunity with room for growthClean and safety-focused manufacturing environmentThis is a Permanent position based out of Shippensburg, PA. The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $44512.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Culture: This is a place where people will have to both work independently and with others.
