Subcontracts Closeout Specialist (Procurement Analyst 2) - 28834 Requisition Number: 28834 Required Travel: 0 - 10% Employment Type: Full Time/Salaried/Exempt Anticipated Salary Range: $55,728.00 - $80,000.00 Security Clearance: None Level of Experience: Mid Summary HII - Mission Technologies is looking for a Subcontracts Closeout Specialist to join the team. This position can be a remote opportunity. Key Responsibilities Lead the subcontract closeout of specific projects by working closely with Program Managers, Project Controllers, Accounts Payable, Subcontract Administrators, Buyers and external Suppliers to closeout expired subcontracts and purchase orders. Prepare subcontractor closeout packages, negotiate final close amounts with subcontractors, issue and track de-obligation modifications in Costpoint and CLM. Ensure closeout files are compliant with the proper documentation. What you need to have 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience. Basic understanding of government contracting and project accounting. Proficient in basic computer programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with Costpoint a plus. Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work with consistently changing priorities with enthusiasm. Strong attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
