This role includes providing preventative care, treating acute conditions, and supporting the unique needs of the community through occupational medicine and wellness services.**What You’ll Do*** Provide general and preventative care to help patients stay proactive about their health.* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions with empathy and precision.* Perform wellness exams, giving patients the guidance they need to live healthier lives.* Order and interpret lab and imaging tests to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.* Prescribe medications and make sure patients have clear instructions for their treatment plans.* Conduct sports physicals and occupational medicine testing, including DOT and non-DOT physicals.* Care for workers' compensation patients, focusing on their recovery and wellness.* Design personalized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations.* Collaborate with your team to review clinical practices and explore ways to improve patient care.* Provide education and resources to empower patients and their families to manage their health confidently.* Support a team-first environment by helping wherever needed to enhance the clinic's operations.**Position Details & Work Environment*** Type of Role: Full-time, Non-Exempt* Schedule: 3-2 Split Rotation requiring working every other weekend* Work Environment: Warm, friendly, and patient-focused clinic setting.* Frequently lift/move objects weighing 10-20 pounds.* Requires active participation beyond desk work.**Other Duties**This job description is intended to highlight the core responsibilities of the role, but we’re a team—and sometimes that means stepping outside the usual to pitch in where needed.
