Responsibilities:
Support teachers by helping to deliver lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and provide individualized instruction to students.
Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce academic skills, assist with assignments, and address any learning difficulties.
Help maintain a positive learning environment by monitoring student behavior, implementing classroom management strategies, and addressing any disruptions or conflicts.
Act as a liaison between students, teachers, and parents by relaying information, addressing concerns, and ensuring effective communication channels.
Assist with administrative duties such as preparing instructional materials, maintaining student records, and performing clerical tasks to support the classroom's needs.

Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or higher
Para Educator License from the Dept. of Education
