Descripción del Puesto:
Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a Senior de Automatización de Pruebas con un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo en Monterrey . Si tienes una sólida formación en desarrollo de aplicaciones en la nube híbrida y una profunda experiencia en automatización de pruebas, esta oportunidad es para ti. Serás una pieza clave en el ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software, asegurando la calidad y fiabilidad de nuestras aplicaciones.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Desarrollar automatización de pruebas de alta calidad y reutilizable para aplicaciones en la nube híbrida (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS). Esto incluye pruebas de Web API, servicios, interfaz de usuario (UI), rendimiento y otros tipos de automatización, garantizando alta disponibilidad, escalabilidad y procesamiento paralelo.
- Aprovechar Azure Test Plans para configurar casos de prueba que se convertirán en pruebas automatizadas, configurar pipelines de integración continua y entrega continua (CI/CD) y marcos de automatización de pruebas.
- Participar activamente en proyectos especiales y realizar investigaciones técnicas para identificar y proponer mejoras en nuestro entorno de desarrollo de automatización de pruebas y las mejores prácticas.
- Demostrar iniciativa, motivación y una mentalidad proactiva para resolver problemas complejos y adaptarse a los cambios en un entorno dinámico.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de desarrollo y producto para comprender los requisitos y diseñar estrategias de prueba efectivas.
- Identificar y mitigar riesgos de calidad a lo largo del ciclo de desarrollo.
- Documentar de manera clara y concisa los frameworks de automatización, los casos de prueba y los resultados obtenidos.
- Mentorizar a ingenieros/as de pruebas más junior, compartiendo conocimientos y fomentando el crecimiento del equipo.
Requisitos Indispensables:
- Experiencia Mínima: 5 años de experiencia comprobada en automatización de pruebas de software.
- Lenguajes de Programación: Sólida experiencia en codificación, especialmente en C# .
- Herramientas de Automatización: Dominio de Selenium para la automatización de pruebas de UI.
- Cloud Híbrida: Experiencia demostrable en el desarrollo y prueba de aplicaciones en entornos de nube híbrida (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
- DevOps: Experiencia en la construcción y gestión de pipelines de CI/CD, preferiblemente con Azure DevOps .
- Bases de Datos: Conocimientos sólidos de SQL para la manipulación y verificación de datos.
- Marcos de Pruebas: Experiencia en la creación y mantenimiento de marcos de automatización de pruebas robustos y escalables.
- APIs: Experiencia en la automatización de pruebas para Web APIs.
- Pensamiento Analítico: Capacidad excepcional para el análisis de problemas, la resolución de desafíos técnicos y la proposición de soluciones innovadoras.
- Habilidades de Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español. Se valorará el conocimiento de inglés.
- Proactividad: Alta motivación, iniciativa y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
