Clinical Specialist, Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) - Atlanta, GA

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist for Deep Brain Stimulation therapy in Atlanta to provide surgical support, patient follow-up, troubleshooting, and clinician education across a regional territory. This field-based role requires residency within the territory and valid driver's license for travel to multiple accounts.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site surgical support during DBS implants with equipment and technical expertise
- Educate physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on product features and implantation techniques
- Conduct follow-up care, troubleshooting, and device programming support for existing patients
- Complete clinical documentation including implant registration and invoicing
- Identify customer needs and coordinate training programs for new clinical staff
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED plus 6+ years clinical or medical sales experience
- OR Associate degree plus 4+ years clinical or medical sales experience
- OR Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years clinical or medical sales experience
- Valid driver's license and willingness to reside in assigned territory
- Deep Brain Stimulation or implantable neurological product experience preferred
- Clinical background in neurology, neurosurgery, operating room, or pain management preferred
