Human Resources Business Partner

Lead and direct HR functions, including interviewing and hiring staff Assist with compensation, benefits, and leave administration Lead training and employee development activities Enforce company policies and practices Partner with business leaders to define and execute HR deliverables Advise senior leaders and executives on people and employee experience strategies Translate business strategy into workforce, talent, and employee experience plans Identify risks and opportunities related to capacity, capability, engagement, and retention Advise leaders on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, culture, and change readiness Partner across HR and with business leaders on culture, performance, engagement, inclusion, and organizational capability initiatives Support workforce planning, budgeting, merit, and talent reviews Reinforce leader accountability for engagement, culture, and people outcomes Own the employee experience lifecycle from onboarding through engagement, development, and retention Use employee feedback and data to identify engagement risks and create action plans Support employee engagement initiatives, change communications, and listening strategies Coach leaders on engagement, trust, inclusion, psychological safety, and performance Embed employee experience considerations into workforce changes, policy decisions, and operating model shifts Requirements Bachelor's degree 5+ years of Human Resources experience Successful history of partnering with senior leadership on assigned HR deliverables Track record of executing assigned goals Experience with Office suite software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience managing projects and deadlines Experience collecting, synthesizing, and summarizing relevant sets of data Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational design. Proficient in leveraging data to enhance employee engagement and drive strategic HR initiatives.
