Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Editorial Coordinator located in Scottsdale, AZ (opportunities for hybrid work as well). The Editorial Coordinator will manage day-to-day editorial tasks, oversee content planning and production schedules, collaborate with writers and designers, and ensure editorial standards are met. Responsibilities include editing, researching, coordinating with contributors, writing articles, and assisting with content strategy. The role will require exceptional organizational skills and the capability to manage deadlines while delivering high-quality work. This role will work on and across all of ICONIC LIFE’s platforms: print, digital, email, events, and social media. Qualifications Strong editorial and text editing skills with great attention to grammar and language precision Proficiency in writing and research to create compelling and well-informed content Effective communication skills to collaborate with writers, designers, and stakeholders Experience in coordinating editorial workflows and meeting deadlines Proven ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with content management systems and basic digital publishing tools is a plus Background in journalism, communications, English, or a related field is preferred A passion for luxury living, design, style, and storytelling #J-18808-Ljbffr ICONIC LIFE Magazine
