This role supports daily plant operations through structured testing, data review, and thorough documentation. Accuracy, consistency, and follow‑through are essential, along with curiosity and an interest in understanding how processes and products come together. A significant portion of this role involves lab work and documentation. You will follow defined procedures, record results, organize information, and support projects that rely on reliable data. While some tasks are routine by nature, understanding the purpose behind the work and recognizing patterns or issues are critical to success in this position. What You Will Do Perform laboratory and hands‑on testing activities in accordance with established procedures Record, organize, and maintain testing data, results, and documentation Review data and documentation for completeness, consistency, and quality Support tracking, reporting, and analysis used by plant operations and leadership Identify trends, discrepancies, or questions within data and engage appropriately Maintain records using spreadsheets, systems, and internal tools Collaborate with plant and cross‑functional teams to support shared goals Follow defined processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and comfort working with documentation Interest in data, numbers, systems, and structured processes Curiosity about how products, testing, and systems work Ability to manage repetitive, process‑driven tasks while maintaining focus Comfort working independently while contributing to a team environment Openness to feedback and improvement Success in this role is driven by attention to detail, curiosity, reliability, and the ability to efficiently complete focused independent work while contributing within a small, collaborative team.
