Position Overview Provides leadership and delivers professional nursing care in facility or home settings, focusing on patient comfort and well-being. Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document care and education for patients and families. Implements medically prescribed interventions. Qualifications Accredited RN Program completion Current RN licensure (North Carolina or compact license) Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment At least 1 year of relevant experience; facility or home care preferred Optional: National certification in specialty area Key Skills & Responsibilities Leadership in patient care delivery, adherence to medical interventions, documentation, and patient education.
