Job Title: CNC Machinist

1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM)

Pay: $20+ depending on experience

We are seeking a skilled and mechanically inclined CNC Machinist to join our team on the 1st shift . This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional experienced in operating and setting up multi‑axis mills or turning centers with live tooling . Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges is essential.

• Set up and operate multi‑axis CNC machining centers, including horizontal and vertical lathes and mills.
• Produce high‑quality parts that meet all production, engineering, and quality specifications.
• Read, interpret, and adjust CNC programs , making necessary offsets to ensure accurate machining.
• Fabricate new or replacement parts using engineering drawings, models, and written work instructions.
• Understand and troubleshoot G‑code to resolve basic programming‑related concerns.

• Hands‑on experience with CNC mills and lathes .
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and precision measurement instruments .
• Strong understanding of G‑code and M‑code commands.

This position is located in a medium‑sized manufacturing facility with approximately 60 employees across two plants.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mars, PA.

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr.
