If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Position Title: CNA / Nurse AssistantLocation: Vestal, NY 13850Duration: 16 weeksWork Schedule: Nights 5x8-Hour (22:45-7:15) Pay rate: $20.00 - $22.00 /hrResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.Help patients with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the nurse.Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration.Provide incontinence and catheter care as permitted by facility policy.Maintain patient comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety.Assist with bed making and maintaining a clean patient environment.Answer call lights and respond to patient requests promptly.Assist with admissions, discharges, and transportation when required.Document care provided accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) or facility documentation systems.Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies.Requirements:Active NY License RequiredBLSCovid CardTryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
