Professional Services Engineer

As a key member of the Customer Success organization, the remote Professional Services Engineer will guide customers in scoping, designing, building, and deploying automation solutions on the Tines platform, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of workflow automation. Key responsibilities Scope and design automation Stories based on customer requirements, identifying blockers and research areas Collaborate with Project and Engagement Managers to verify project plans and timelines while delivering documented, production-ready workflows Analyze customer tools and processes to establish an automation roadmap and advocate for the Professional Services Team within Tines Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in delivering Professional Services and implementing SOAR platforms or similar automation solutions Strong customer-facing skills and experience Proficient in assessing and understanding customer workflows to tailor solutions Experience interpreting and applying API documentation, including various authentication methods like OAuth2 and JWT Passionate about supporting customers in automating repetitive and manual workflows Virtual Vocations Inc
