About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director of Operations to be a key driver of operational excellence and strategic leader within the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all aspects of the business, from systems and processes to people and platforms, are in alignment to deliver outstanding outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing an enterprise-wide operations strategy that is in line with the company's mission and long-term strategic plan. They will also be tasked with building and maintaining scalable operational frameworks, serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership, and overseeing process design, workflow optimization, and operational KPIs. Candidates for the Executive Director of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience. The role requires a proven track record in leading enterprise operations, systems oversight, and organizational transformation, as well as the ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, possess a hands-on and strategic mindset, and have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Preferred certifications include PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and others related to operations and project management.
