Financial Analyst

Salary Range: $78,555.51 - $95,000.00. Bonus and/or commission eligible. Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to validate trends and incorporate updated assumptions into the detailed monthly forecast. Provide information and journal entries to support the monthly close cycle. Perform variance analysis of monthly results versus prior year, budget, and forecast, including month‑over‑month trend analysis. Develop efficient and effective operating reports focused on key business and performance drivers. Analyze financial data, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to inform decisions and actions. Build financial models and enhance existing models, incorporating new technology where applicable. Partner with Cloud operations teams to align financial assumptions around IT allocations. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives. Qualifications B.S. in Business (Finance, Accounting) or related field. 2+ years of relevant FP&A experience. Understanding of accounting and financial theory. Experience with ad hoc analysis, journal entries, monthly, quarterly and annual close processes. Experience with financial modelling, both payroll and non‑payroll. High level of intellectual curiosity, with ability to explain variances in terms of business drivers. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Experience with Workday, Adaptive and/or Hyperion highly desired. Experience working with full P&L a plus.
