Leading a dedicated team, the full-time Emergency Management Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison for a government contract, overseeing project performance and ensuring the quality and timeliness of services delivered to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Act as the central point of contact between the contractor and the government Contracting Officer, ensuring effective communication Oversee all contractor work under the Statement of Work, managing project schedules, resources, and deliverables Provide leadership and guidance to a team of consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts, resolving technical issues and client requests promptly Required qualifications A Master's degree A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, business operations, and government operations Proven supervisory or team lead experience Expert knowledge of emergency management and response operations Exceptional communication and leadership skills
