Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Call Center Manager to build and run a team, supervise daily operations and personnel. The goal is to rebuild a small team and our client base prior to the pandemic. Work to increase efficiencies in the office and boost employees' results, attain goals and quotas to achieve great results for our company. Requirements Proven experience as a call center manager or similar position. Experience in customer service. Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures. Outstanding communication. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to stay calm in stressful situations, be positive and patient. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient with basic computer software and phone systems. Must be extremely motivated and reliable, organized, have an excellent memory and be a result-driven professional. Have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the "big picture" and make improvements. Ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that staff are well-organized and productive.
