Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and medical treatments Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of care About the Role As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
