The Certified Medical Assistant will work closely with the physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position will be as needed. Duties * Conduct routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations or interventional pain management procedures. * Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. * Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans using Athena. * Educate patients on medication administration and post-care instructions. * Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness in the clinical environment. Experience Candidates should possess the following qualifications: * Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program. * Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is essential. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
