Work Location: Middleton, Massachusetts, United States Hours: 40 hours per week Pay: $24.00 - $33.50 USD per hour Job Description The Store Supervisor supervises day‑to‑day team activities to ensure operational excellence, compliance with policies and procedures, and customer satisfaction. The role drives operational, customer, and sales objectives, manages the teller side, platform, and customer escalations, and leads the team in acquiring, retaining, and deepening relationships through sales and advice activities. Responsibilities Provide supervisory oversight to a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve individual and store objectives that result in legendary customer and colleague experiences. Offer daily leadership and work direction to ensure effective delivery of personalized/complex service and advice activities while maintaining compliance and regulatory guidelines. Monitor teller workflows, prioritize tasks, and delegate duties. Demonstrate understanding of bank policies, procedures, and regulations, set expectations, delegate tasks, and educate the team on risk management. Drive operational excellence in the store, including cash handling, vault management, fraud prevention, expense control, customer privacy, and employee safety. Engage customers about loan products, facilitate application intake, and maintain active registration with NMLS. Leads, develops, and coaches the team on effective customer service, product, and advice conversations. Promote customer relationship tools, services, and products to support the team in advocating for customers. Acquire and deepen the store customer base through proactive sales and service activities, including lead management, outreach, appointments, and prioritization. Ensure operational excellence and compliance, including cash control, fraud prevention, and secure transaction handling. Support and coach the team in managing escalation of customer concerns and providing resolutions. Maintain optimal colleague scheduling to meet customer demands and compliance requirements. Maintain a professional and inviting store environment, adhering to premises, marketing, and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with TD partners to ensure customers receive the best channel for their needs. Conduct advanced and routine transactions in accordance with bank policies. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of related experience working with customers and/or sales. Notary license preferred. Previous supervisory or demonstrated ability to provide direction, decision making, and coaching. Proven ability to meet and exceed customer expectations. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving. Ability to multi‑task and maintain order in the store. Proficiency in Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word, and Excel. Ability to supervise and lead others. Community service experience preferred. OCC Language This position falls within the definition of Loan Originator under Regulation Z, 12 CFR Part 1026.36, and Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act, 12 U.S.C. 5102 et seq., and its implementing regulations, 12 CFR Part 1007. Must be eligible to register as a mortgage loan originator with NMLS. Must pass criminal background and credit report checks as required by federal law.
