About the job Project Manager - Government Services
Description
The Project Manager organizes people and resources toward the effective and efficient pursuit of predetermined objectives (weekly/monthly goals). Lead ad hoc deliverable execution. Facilitate communication between leadership and policy teams up and down to Team Leads. Soft Skills:
- Listen to understand not to reply.
- View situations from multiple lenses.
- Be selfless; put the team first
- Be able to alter communication styles for each team member.
- Ability to accept and act on feedback.
- Ability to have a hard conversation while keeping Horne values.
- Lead by influence, not authority
- Excel skills; ability to organize and sort large sets of data, vlookup, pivot tables.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, process management or similar
- Ability to manage production of work and deliverables.
- Ability to guide a team on a fast paced project with clearly defined goals.
- Financial experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Remote and some in person work is required.
- Ability to take fierce ownership
