Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $560,000 $650,000/year (based on training and experience)
• Additional Compensation: RVU bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation and loan support, CME stipend

What You ll Do

• Provide expert urological care to adult and pediatric patients
• Perform minimally invasive, robot-assisted, laparoscopic procedures using state-of-the-art equipment, including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots
• Manage a wide range of urological conditions, including disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system
• Collaborate within a supportive, multidisciplinary team with strong subspecialty support and mentorship opportunities
• Establish and develop prostatectomy and cystectomy programs feeding from multiple providers
• Participate in outpatient consultations, diagnostic procedures, and surgical cases at hospital and surgery center locations
• Maintain high-quality patient care while balancing professional and personal life

What You Need
Required:

• Medical License in Ohio
• Board Eligible or Certified in Urology
• Relevant medical experience; open to residents, new grads, and seasoned physicians
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with advanced urological procedures and minimally invasive techniques
• Leadership or mentorship experience
