Job Description Job Description Mullen & Mullen is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our established personal injury law firm in Dallas. The responsibilities for this role include: - Requesting medical treatment and billing records in affidavit form from providers for inclusion in demand packages. - Verifying total charges and balances. - Providing regular updates to clients. Qualified candidates must have at least two years of experience in a personal injury law firm. Proficiency in Spanish is considered a plus. We offer a starting annual salary of $45,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid vacation and sick leave.
