Hotel Breakfast Attendant & Public Area Cleaner
Location: Frisco
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Breakfast Attendant & Public Area Cleaner to join our hotel team. This position plays an important role in creating a positive guest experience by providing a clean, welcoming environment and ensuring our guests enjoy a fresh and well-maintained breakfast service each morning. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Breakfast Service
- Prepare, set up, replenish, and break down the daily hot and cold breakfast buffet.
- Ensure the breakfast area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked during service hours.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Guest Service
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Maintain a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere in the breakfast area and all public spaces.
Public Area Cleaning
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain the hotel lobby, public restrooms, guest laundry room, meeting rooms, and pool area.
- Keep all public areas neat, clean, and presentable throughout the shift.
Daily Maintenance
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, wipe down surfaces, and restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure all public spaces meet hotel cleanliness standards.
Inventory & Laundry Support
- Monitor breakfast items, food inventory, and cleaning supplies, and report items that need replenishment.
- Assist with folding laundry and supporting housekeeping operations when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to start shifts as early as 5:00 AM.
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or cleaning experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds during a 6-hour shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent guest service.
