About the Role:

Thexton Manufacturing Company in Edina, MN is looking for a motivated and dependable Production team member to join their growing operation. Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Assemble, fabricate, or process manufactured components according to specifications

Monitor product quality and perform routine inspections throughout the production process

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S standards

Meet daily production targets and report any issues or delays to supervisors

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow on the production floor

Requirements:

Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment preferred

Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery

Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, or assembly instructions

Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
