House Supervisor RN Travel Contract

Weekly Hours:
• Typically 36 hrs/week (3x12s) unless otherwise specified by facility

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years recent House Supervisor experience in a hospital setting
• Active WY RN License or Compact RN License required

Required Certifications:
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS
• NRP
• TNCC

Key Responsibilities:
• House-wide nursing supervision and leadership
• Staff scheduling, assignments, and operational oversight
• Patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharge coordination
• Clinical support and resource management
• Policy compliance and quality assurance
• Emergency response coordination
• Physician and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Patient safety and risk management

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience managing multiple departments and staffing needs
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Comfortable serving as the hospital's clinical resource during assigned shifts

Submission Requirements:
• WY RN or Compact License attached to profile
• All required certifications attached to submission
• SageWest coversheet required

Preferred Background:
• Acute care hospital leadership experience
• Strong operational and patient throughput management skills
• Experience handling staffing, census management, and hospital-wide coordination
