Maintenance Technician

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician on 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Compensation range starting at $27.00 to $35.00/hr based on experience, to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on: Responsibilities Perform necessary service, preventative maintenance, repairs, replacements, installations, or rebuilding of components to restore equipment to proper operation. Expertly analyze and diagnose equipment problems and/or breakdowns. Use repair manuals, parts manuals and parts diagrams and computer diagnostics to troubleshoot equipment. Use hand and power tools and Test Meters to remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair, drain fluids, assemble equipment, clean and test parts/equipment and its subsystems as needed. Use CMMS entry for maintenance work orders. Troubleshoot Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic problems and perform non routine maintenance repairs of equipment. Install, add, modify machine lines and machine systems / subsystems as needed. Qualifications Factory training and certification in IDEC, Beckhoff and Yaskawa a plus. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience as plus. Must be able to work with hand, pneumatic and power tools as well as welding equipment. Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor and work independently. Be a team player. Being a part of SBP you will be eligible for many benefits.
