The Opportunity Seeking Hospitalist physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Current national certification and DEA are required. Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired. Current GA state license is a plus. The Practice St. Mary\'s Sacred Heart Hospital – Lavonia, Georgia STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center with a gold star rating for stroke. 56-bed facility with an annual volume of 24,500. Hospitalists run codes; ER can run as well. Central lines/intubations/vent management required, ER can assist. St. Mary’s partnered with Augusta University/University of Georgia to create the region’s first medical residency program for internal medicine.
