Job Description:
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Experience developing responsive applications for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and data modeling.
- Experience on Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) and JavaScript frameworks for custom controls
- Experience on On-Premises Data Gateway and Custom Connectors for external data integration.
- Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation, approvals, notifications, and system integrations.
- Apply ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices, including solution packaging, deployment, and version control.
- Ensure compliance with Power Platform governance policies, DLP policies, and security frameworks.
- Experience on debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning.
- Strong functional, system, and end-to-end testing skills.
- Experience preparing test scenarios, test cases, test data, and expected results.
- Experience performing functional, integration, system, regression, positive, and negative testing.
- Ability to validate requirements and acceptance criteria against implemented functionality.
- Experience preparing and maintaining test evidence, execution results, defect reports, and QA documentation.
- Experience using Azure DevOps/Jira or similar tools for test management and defect tracking.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Ability to conduct business process analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience preparing business process flows, data flows, and workflow documentation.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to conduct requirement discussions and workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams.
