Procurement AnalystBill Rate: $35-37/HRLocation: 2375 N Glenville Dr, RichardsonSummary: As a Transition Procurement Analyst, you will coordinate collection of details for VENDOR set up. USA vendors will require collection of w9's and remittance details. Canada vendors will require collection of invoice and payment details/remittance details. This role will interface directly with the Portfolio Admin transition manager, internal and external clients and directly with the vendors who are providing information for their setup within tools. Assist with general transition tasks as assigned by the CBRE transition manager (process guides, etc.) The selected candidate will communicate, coordinate and collect the required items and population an online database template to facilitate weekly reporting of progress to internal and external clients. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, communication skills and ability to self start and remain organized are required.
